This year, we are honored to have with us a panel of influential industry leaders as the judges for China’s Digital Transformation Awards. Our panel includes esteemed figures and top industry analysts –


Zhaoben Fang

A former Dean (School of Management) and current professor in the University of Science and Technology of China, Zhaoben Fang is also highly regarded in the economic and political sector. He holds the Executive Commissioner position in the Political Consultation Committee and is the Vice-Chairman of People’s Political Consultative Conference in the Anhui Province, as well as the Chairman of the National Democratic Construction Association (Anhui).


Qiwei Chen

The independent Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Senior Engineer is also a Guest lecturer in Peking University for Professional CIO Training.




DC Chien

Chien is the former Chairman and President of IBM China. Having started his career with IBM in 1977, Chien has played a critical role in IBM strategy and operations over his 40-year career. He was key in the development of IBM’s sales and distribution channels across China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. During his time with IBM, Chien helped establish IBM as a top brand not just in China, but also across Asia.



Christopher Holmes

Managing Director for IDC Insights Asia / Pacific, responsible for leading the Retail, Energy, Manufacturing, Health, Government, Telecommunications, and IT Spending Groups. He carries a wide variety of capabilities, from research on industry transformation to an Adjunct Lecturer at Rutgers Business School Asia Pacific.



Kitty Fok

IDC China’s Managing Director. She currently leads a team of over 50 specialized analysts for all research processes within the Greater China Region. Having been with IDC since 1996, Kitty has in-depth understanding of emerging markets, forecasting, business development and strategic planning/analysis. She has written for Asian Wall Street Journal, South China Morning Post, China Daily, and has appeared on BBC, CNN, and CNBC as a featured speaker.


Lianfeng Wu

Vice President and Chief Research Analyst of IDC China, Lianfeng is in-charge of China’s Vertical Industry Research, including Government, Health, Financial, Manufacturing, Retail and Energy Insights, as well as Digital Transformation, and CIO Agenda. With more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Lianfeng have deep industry knowledge on multiple competencies including strategic planning, marketing, competitive strategy, and user needs analysis.



Zhenshan Zhong

Vice President for Enterprise System and Software Research in IDC China. Zhenshan leads the research teams focusing on enterprise infrastructure, software, services, and emerging technologies. With over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, Zhenshan has been a strong industry player responsible for a series of key initiatives in the region even prior to joining IDC, exhibiting his capability and expertise in the IT industry.



Sandra Ng

Sandra is the Group Vice President heading IDC Asia / Pacific Practice Group. She is currently responsible for deep-dive insights and advisory content on IDC’s 3rd Platform disruptive pillars of Cloud, Mobility, Big Data Analytics, C-suite research, and many other types of research. With more than 20 years of experience in the industry and being a regular keynote speaker at global and regional ICT conferences, Sandra’s capabilities are well-rounded and her knowledge of the industry is comprehensive.
